Boyd & Michael have nearly 20 years of experience investing, owning, and managing real estate, both in and outside of Maine. As seasoned buyers, sellers, and managers of multiple properties throughout the years, they understand the nuances and help guide clients through the buying and/or selling process. Their diverse backgrounds and commitment to service bring a unique perspective to real estate and to you as the client. Boyd, originally from the Catskill Mountains in upstate NY, spent nearly 20 years at the University of Central Florida, where he served as a senior administrator and professor of communication. He also has professional experience in public relations, the airline industry, advocacy, and the service industry. Boyd holds a doctorate in Executive Leadership, a master’s in communication, and a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations. Michael, originally from Central Florida, spent nearly 20 years as a leader and fundraiser in the nonprofit sector with organizations focused on advancing LGBTQ+ equality, reproductive freedom and expanding healthcare access. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in political science. In their spare time Boyd and Michael like to travel, practice yoga, hike, and explore all the beauty that Maine has to offer.
