My work in both the residential resale of homes & having worked in a corporate property management environment, I continue to learn every aspect of our local real estate market. By procuring 98.5% of the original list price for my sellers and always negotiating the best terms for my buyers, I make your real estate journey not just stress free but an educational experience as well. When having worked as a Property Manager, I handled the finances, contracts, marketing, leasing, staffing, and training of a 40-million-dollar property with ~700 leases annually. I now have my own real estate portfolio that I own and manage. Not just speaking on the value of gaining wealth through real estate, but accomplishing it myself, and I love showing my clients how they can too!
