In addition to a valuable foundation in Mortgage Lending, Michael is in a rarefied class of Realtors who has a Law Degree from the University of Louisville's Brandeis School of Law as well. Being well versed in contract law (among other key areas) has added tremendous value to his buyers and sellers. He has set multiple price per square foot records throughout Louisville, has worked with investors, home builders, remodelers, and takes great pride in delivering a fantastic result for every one of his clients.
