Meet Michael Michael Murphy is a licensed real estate agent who brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to Terrie O'Connor Realtors due to his 30 years of hands on real estate experience. As a real estate investor, landlord, property manager, and contractor, Mike has personally handled over 100 flips across subdivisions, renovations, and student rentals in the Philadelphia area. He studied architecture at SUNY Orange, which gives him a sharp eye for what makes a property work (and what doesn't). Mike's goal with every client is to share what he's learned over three decades so they can avoid the mistakes and pitfalls he's already seen firsthand. He gives his clients advice rooted in actual experience, not just a sales pitch. Mike grew up in the Hudson Valley area of New York, and has lived in Saddle River, New Jersey for more than 20 years. He's married with three children and loves the diversity of towns across northern New Jersey and the easy access to New York City. Whether you're buying your first home, looking at an investment property, or trying to figure out if that fixer-upper is worth it, Mike has probably already done it himself.
