Hi, I’m Nancy R. Parker, a Nashville native and Real Estate Agent with Rozell Collective Realty. I combine local market knowledge with a genuine commitment to helping buyers and sellers feel informed, confident, and supported throughout the process. Before entering real estate, I spent many years in customer service leadership, managing a call center of more than 400 employees. That experience strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills—and taught me the importance of staying calm under pressure and always putting people first. I hold a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Both areas of study were centered on helping and serving others, and I now bring that same people-focused approach to real estate. Whether you are buying your first home, selling a property, or beginning your next chapter, my goal is to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Outside of real estate, I enjoy pickleball, golf, reading, and spending time with my large and wonderful family. I believe in providing professional service while remaining genuine, approachable, and focused on building lasting relationships.
