As a North Carolina native, I live on Oak Island with my family. I've always had a passion for real estate and first obtained my NC Real Estate Broker's license in 1995. After completing my undergraduate degree in Business at Catawba College, I received my MBA from Campbell University. For more than 20 years I was employed by large corporations as a Sales and Marketing leader. I have negotiated with some of the largest retailers in the world and have significant communication and negotiation experience. As owner and Broker-in-Charge of 13 Mile Realty, LLC, I am focused on quality, not quantity. My priority is helping clients. I'm not interested in winning sales awards. My recognition is a customer compliment or positive review. Many clients refer friends and family as they appreciate my honest, ethical, and dedicated approach. I return calls promptly, protect my client's interests, and guide them through the entire process.
