Nelson Logan- (Associate Broker and Certified Distressed Property Expert) Having lived in West, Central and North Forsyth County as well as Hall and Gwinnett Counties since 1997, I know the area well. My wife (Shelley) lived in Hall county for most of her life and my twin children, a daughter and a son, have attended Cumming Elementary, Otwell Middle and Forsyth Central High School where I have volunteered and worked with many of the administrators, staff and Teachers. As a graduate of Auburn University in my first career I taught grades eight through twelve then I took a turn in the corporate world before discovering my true passion as a Realtor. Being involved in the community is important to me and I have served on several HOA boards, as a Watchdog at Cumming Elementary, been Chairman of Cumming Elementary LSC and a member of the Forsyth Central High LCS, a member of the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, and part of the usher team at Highlands Church. I truly enjoy helping people and being instrumental in their lives during the excitement of buying or selling a home as well as being with my family, traveling, hiking with my dog and fishing on Lake Lanier.
