He is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and is patient and enjoys working with first-time buyers as well as experienced real estate buyers and sellers. He is also a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and is skilled in using effective marketing strategies to ensure qualified buyers will notice your listing, getting it sold quickly and for top dollar. Nick is also proud to have the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation and is honored to be able to provide a higher level of service to all active duty and veteran armed services individuals based on this specialized training.
