Nick Colucci joined Keller Williams Real Estate in Mar of 2022. He's been affiliated with multiple real estate agencies in the area. Nick brings with him his expertise and connections in the real estate industry. He is an active investor in the Philadelphia market and currently has ten rentals properties throughout the city. Prior to his career in real estate Nick worked for ADT security services assisting homeowners in home security giving him first-hand experience working with homeowners. Through these encounters Nick began to fall in love with residential real estate and gain interest in becoming an agent one day. Nick was very successful in his career at ADT and earned recognition through excellence awards that he received for ten consecutive years in sales. Prior to his career at ADT Nick served in the United States Marine Corps and was stationed in Quantico VA in his spare time Nick coach's baseball, is a long distant runner and plays on a competitive softball team. He lives in Lafayette Hill Pa with his wife and two children.
