I've been a full-time Realtor® for over 7 years, but my real estate roots go back even further. Before I became an agent, I worked as a Project Manager for a real estate investor, where I managed renovation projects and learned the business from the ground up. That's where I discovered my true passion: helping people buy and sell homes--not just properties. Since then, I've earned numerous advanced designations to better serve my clients, including: ABR, SRS, RENE, SRES, CLHMS, RCC, CNHS, PSA, GREEN, SFR, MRP, RRS, and VA Certified. I currently serve on the SCCAR and Women's Council of Realtors boards, and I've been honored to be part of the RE/MAX 100% Club for several years in a row. I love helping people find their "forever home" and believe the best time to buy or sell isn't based on the market--it's based on when it's right for you. And I'm Ryan. Before joining Nikki in real estate, I have spent over 20 years as a licensed electrician and worked extensively in residential construction and remodeling. I've always had a hands-on role in helping people create homes they love--from wiring new builds to troubleshooting home systems and helping with full-scale renovations. That background gives me a practical, grounded perspective when helping our clients. I can walk through a home and talk about what's behind the walls, what repairs make sense, and where the real value is. Whether I'm showing property, reviewing inspections, or helping buyers envision their future, I bring a calm, honest approach to everything I do. And I'm Ryan. We decided to combine our strengths-- real estate strategy and negotiation skills, and construction and systems expertise--to form Latitude 47 Homes. We live in Snohomish County with our two teenage sons, our giant Great Dane, Madden, and little fluffs called cats, Macaroni and Mouse. We're also huge Seahawk fans, Mariner enthusiasts, IPA and wine lovers, and firm believers that home is the most important place there is.
