Nikki Balthazar is an Alabama native, born and raised, with a professional background rooted in business operations, organizational support, and strategic coordination. She pursued graduate-level studies at Tulane University and has spent her career working across business and nonprofit environments, supporting leaders, teams, and community-focused organizations with structure, coordination, and practical execution. While deeply connected to Alabama, her work has also included supporting businesses and organizations across the nation. Through this experience, Nikki has collaborated with entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and diverse stakeholders, gaining firsthand insight into varied priorities and operational needs. Her current real estate practice is primarily focused on commercial real estate and property management, while also providing residential real estate services. She brings a steady, business-minded approach to her work, emphasizing professionalism, follow-through, and clear communication. Outside of real estate, Nikki is actively involved in nonprofit and community work, with a strong dedication to supporting local dialysis patients in need through her work with the Alabama Kidney Foundation. She and her husband, Brent, live in Alabama and are raising their two sons. Nikki values family, service, and building strong communities, the principles that guide both her professional and personal life.
