Nikki Rosas is an accomplished Residential and Commercial Realtor and Mortgage Broker with over 26 years of experience in the real estate industry. She combines extensive market and financial expertise to consistently deliver effective results and exceed client expectations through a highly personalized service approach. A San Antonio native, Nikki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Finance and Development with a minor in Economics from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is actively engaged in industry leadership, currently serving on the San Antonio Board of Realtors’ TREPAC Committee. She also serves on the Texas Realtors Business and Policy Issues Committee. Her recent accomplishments include serving as Chair for the San Antonio Board of Realtors' Government Affairs Committee, former member of the Budget and FInance Committee, serving as the Government Affairs Director for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) San Antonio Chapter, former Treasurer of the Women’s Council of Realtors, graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program, former member of the Urban Land Institute's Next Program, and graduate of the City of San Antonio’s SEED (Supporting Empowered Emerging Developers) Academy. Nikki is deeply committed to community involvement and building lasting professional relationships.
