Thirty-three years ago, I relocated to Twin Falls and bought my first home through Gem State Realty. From that day forward, I knew Southern Idaho was the ideal place to raise our five children. I fell in love with the rugged beauty of the Snake River Canyon, the genuine small-town friendliness, and the remarkable geographical diversity—from wide-open farmlands and canyons to nearby mountains and vibrant communities. For our family, this has truly become our own private Idaho—a place of spacious beauty, opportunity, and real connection. It feels too special not to share with others. As someone who left family, friends, and everything familiar behind for a fresh start in a new state, I truly understand the questions, concerns, and overwhelming feelings that come with relocating. That’s why helping families move to Southern Idaho (including the Treasure Valley areas of Boise, Kuna, Nampa, and Caldwell) is one of my favorite parts of this work.
