I am a "local" - I was born and raised in Grand Traverse County and I have lived in Antrim, Grand Traverse and Leelanau counties for nearly 50 years. I have been selling real estate in Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Leelanau and Wexford Counties for 18 years. I specialize in waterfront homes, condos and large estates. I have also dealt with vacant land, foreclosures, short sales and some commercial. I also handle about 50 Broker Price Opinions (appraisals) per year for several banks and asset management companies.
