I owned and operated a successful real estate appraisal company in Portland and Hood River,OR for 30 years and did over 6500 appraisals personally and had a staff up to 5 appraisers. I turned the practice over to my son Jake who operates it today. In 2013 I started in the real estate sales side and worked for Prudential, Realty Trust and Keller Williams in both Portland and Folsom, California offices.
