Phyllis Stokes entered the real estate field with a true passion for helping people. She takes honor in assisting all types of buyers and sellers, with a special passion for serving Seniors, Veterans, and Active Duty military families. Dedicated to exceeding expectations, Phyllis approaches every client relationship with integrity, clear communication and a commitment to exceptional service. She’s known for her strong negotiation skills and strategic approach to helping clients keep more money in their pockets while achieving their real estate goals. As a native San Diegan, Phyllis has extensive knowledge of the area’s diverse neighborhoods and communities. Her personal experience as a military spouse, through multiple deployments and overseas relocations, gives her a unique understanding of the challenges military families face when buying or selling a home. Phyllis is a lifetime member of the VFW Auxiliary, where she has served as Treasurer, Secretary, Hospital Chairman and Trustee for the District Auxiliary. She actively gives back to her community through programs such as Relay for Life, STAND DOWN (supporting homeless veterans), Honor Flights, and POW/MIA ceremonies. Passionate and dedicated, Phyllis is honored to serve those who have served and to guide all her clients through a smooth, rewarding real estate experience.
