Hi, I'm Priscilla! I'm the founder of The Fitz Collective, a small, dedicated team helping Central Florida families buy and sell with a whole lot of heart. If you're thinking about buying or selling a home in the greater Orlando area, here's what I want you to know: I live and work right here in West Orlando, and I treat every sale like it's my own family's. Here's what makes me a little different. Because I spend my days helping families relocate into Winter Garden, Windermere, Clermont, and the surrounding suburbs, I know exactly who is moving here, what they are searching for, and what makes them say yes. When it's time to sell your home, that means I know how to price it right, market it to the right buyers, and help it sell quickly and for top dollar. A little about me: I've guided more than 120 families through major moves (and counting), and I've personally relocated 18 times across 7 states and 3 countries as a military child turned military spouse. I understand the logistics of selling and moving, and I understand the emotions that come with it too. My team includes Travis (my co-founder and director of operations) and Morgan (client care manager). We're not a big corporate brokerage. We lead with education and heart, never pressure, and we'll walk you through pricing, prep, marketing, and every step after.
