I know Southern California especially the Inland Empire as a fourth generation native, particularly Real Estate in Yucaipa, Redlands and the areas surrounding San Bernardino. The lower desert known as Coachella Valley which includes Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta have been my playground and workplace since 1973.
