I love what I do! I believe in strong communication and negotiation, grounded first and foremost in excellent customer service. I see real estate as a service business, and I do everything in my power to see that transactions go smoothly (and I'm backed by a strong local team of vendors to support me and the client when they don't!) In addition to sales, I also have appraisal experience, so I can do a mean valuation! This helps Buyers feel safe that they are getting a fair deal on a home they love, and helps Sellers to move forward confidently and priced appropriately for market demand. While residential real estate is my primary focus, I and trained in Commercial aspects as well and enjoy meeting Clients' needs there as they arise.
