In November 2024, Rachel founded Team Paradise, where she serves as Team Lead, creating a collaborative, service-driven environment focused on education, transparency, and results. She continued advancing her career by earning her Broker Associate designation in November 2025, reflecting her commitment to elevated knowledge, leadership, and excellence in the industry.
