I’m a Colorado native and licensed real estate broker since 1995, with over 1,000 homes sold. I’m the Broker/Owner of US Realty Pros (since 2006) and a former owner of Keller Williams, where I ranked in the top 3% and earned multiple sales achievement awards. My business is 95% referral-based, built on trust, communication, and putting clients first. I hold GRI, SFR, and e-PRO designations and have full MLS access through REcolorado. My marketing includes MLS exposure, major real estate websites, professional photography, HD virtual tours, drone and sunset photos, broker outreach, and open houses as requested. From listing to closing, I manage every step—reviewing offers, verifying buyers, negotiating on your behalf, and coordinating with lenders, title, and agents to keep things on track.
