Dallas is a vibrant community filled with history, character, and opportunity—qualities that inspired Renée Barfoot to call the area home more than 40 years ago. With deep local roots, Renée has spent the last decade helping clients buy and sell homes with confidence, care, and a personalized approach. After graduating from Southern Methodist University, Renée built a career in education, nonprofit marketing and fund development before turning her focus to real estate. That background—paired with her passion for service—made it easy to understand why a record-breaking number of clients have entrusted her with their real estate goals. Renée joined the Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate family in July 2025. She is known for her concierge approach to real estate—offering clients a truly high-level, high-touch experience at every stage of the process. Whether preparing a home for market, negotiating on behalf of her clients, or connecting buyers to the perfect property, Renée blends professionalism with a personal touch that makes each transaction seamless. She is also deeply committed to giving back to the community she loves. Her servant’s heart shines through her involvement with organizations such as The Grace Loncar Foundation, The Magdalen House, local PTAs, and countless neighborhood events across Lake Highlands. Beyond real estate, Renée treasures her family. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Bill, for over 30 years, and together they raised two daughters—Caroline (23) and Ella Kate (20). Renée is also an avid antique shopper and collector who enjoys spending time with her extended family and discovering treasures that tell their own unique stories.
