Rena can truly call herself a native New Orleanian. Born in New Orleans, started her life in St. Bernard Parish, raised in Metairie, married and became a resident of Madisonville in 1997. Having called the New Orleans area home her entire life, this truly is her community. "I grew up in this community and am proud to be raising 3 children here, as well. Now I am watching the next generation enjoy the same playgrounds, schools, and parks as I did growing up. This is not a job, it's my passion!"
