Real Estate Agent

About

I’m a Realtor and co-founder of The Taylor/Davey Group at Comey & Shepherd Realtors, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton markets. My business is built on honesty, education, and always doing what’s in the best interest of my clients. I specialize in helping homeowners maximize their home’s value and guiding buyers through the process with clarity and confidence. Whether someone is purchasing their first home, upgrading, downsizing, or investing, I focus on strong communication, strategic negotiation, and data-driven pricing to help them make smart, informed decisions. Marketing and presentation are a big part of what I do. I believe every home deserves a customized strategy, high-level exposure, and a plan designed to attract the right buyers and produce the best possible outcome. Through The Taylor/Davey Group, we provide professional marketing, accurate valuation tools, and proven systems that create a smooth and successful experience from start to finish. More than anything, I take pride in building long-term relationships, not just completing transactions. With TDG's hundreds of 5-star reviews and a growing team of dedicated agents, my goal is to be a trusted real estate resource for my clients, their families, and their referrals for years to come.
