I’m Richard Johns, a Tulsa native and licensed real estate broker with over 17 years of experience helping people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Tulsa isn’t just where I work — it’s home. I know the neighborhoods, the history, and the people, and that local knowledge matters when you’re buying or selling a home. For me, real estate has always been about people first. I believe in clear communication, honest guidance, and helping clients make smart decisions without pressure or hype. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a longtime family house, or just trying to understand your options, my goal is to make the process feel understandable and human. Outside of real estate, I stay connected through community and local sports. For more than 20 years, I’ve volunteered and worked in broadcast roles for Union High School football, contributed to University of Tulsa football radio broadcasts, assisted with ESPN coverage related to TU football, and volunteered at PGA, LIV Golf, and NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament events. It’s another way I’ve been able to support local programs and institutions I care deeply about. Giving back is a big part of who I am. I’ve been involved for years with the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS®, including the Backpacks for Kids program, and I previously served as Chair of the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® statewide Diversity Committee. I’m also a member of the Professional Standards Committee and regularly participate in broker conferences and panels across the state. I hold professional designations including ABR, C2EX, and At Home with Adversity, and I’m proud to be affiliated with Tulsa Remote and recognized as a Blue Ribbon agent with the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency. More than titles, I value integrity, accountability, and doing right by people.
