Rick has been living and working in Western North Carolina since 1973. He worked with other firms before creating his own, which has allowed him to better serve his clients. Rick has moved away from the "commission" based structure of listing properties, to a simple, transparent structure of a flat fee compensation, allowing his clients to keep more of what is theirs. Rick has worked in the residential and commercial construction and understands the differences in finishes and quality construction. He is also a Certified Luxury Home Broker and Pricing Strategy Advisor, giving his seller clients a clear value of their Fair Market Price. He is the Broker/Owner of Pinnacle Homes Real Estate, thus does not need permission from "The Firm" to negotiate the best price for listing your home. You are working directly with the Broker/owner.
