Roy Ramirez is a native of Santa Cruz County, having spent his entire life there and graduating from Watsonville High. He has a strong attachment to his community and is committed to giving back to it. Helping others, including family, friends, and members of the community, achieve their goals is a top priority for him. After serving as a Regional Sales Manager for many years, and with extensive experience in delivering excellent customer service and working in the mortgage industry, Roy has found that transitioning to real estate is a natural fit for him. He's excited to have teamed up with eXp Realty, whose values align with his own. He believes that the learning-based tools and support systems provided by eXp Realty will enable him to provide the best possible service to his clients. Roy attributes his success to his dedication to helping people, as well as his honesty and professionalism. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his daughter and participating in various outdoor activities. He's also an avid golfer, and he sees a parallel between the challenges of golf and those of real estate - both are difficult, but also very rewarding and enjoyable.
