I have been a real estate agent for more than 10 years and have thoroughly enjoyed helping people buy, sell, and build homes. Having an MBA has helped me streamline the real estate process to make it simple and clear for all our clients. Early on I developed a passion to provide a very high level of service at an affordable commission rate. We list homes for less than the average agent and with buyer’s we are often able to use the commission the seller gives us to help cover some closing costs. Helping our clients save money makes me very happy and I believe it’s because of that, that we have been able to achieve being in the top 1% of real estate agents in Utah (in terms of dollar amount sold). The majority of our business is by referral from previous clients and friends and family. We started the company as Masco Realty Group but decided to rebrand to Masco Realty to allow us to be able to add our slogan of “Clients Before Commissions” to our logo and branding material. We would love to show you how Masco Realty puts Clients Before Commissions so let’s connect and see how we can help you! My other passions include owning and renovating several rental real estate properties located throughout Utah that provide short-term rental experiences (Airbnb) for people all over the world. This provides us the opportunity to travel and enjoy our beautiful state. I also thoroughly enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, as well as watching and playing sports.
