My name is Sandra Mendiola Alaniz, and I’m a licensed real estate broker proudly serving Laredo. I have been a Realtor since 2006 and became a broker in 2013, the same year my husband and I purchased RE/MAX Real Estate Services. Over the past 20 years, I have personally closed more than 1,000 real estate transactions and remain passionate about helping families buy and sell homes in our community. Giving back to Laredo is very important to me. I had the honor of serving as Chairwoman of the Laredo Chamber of Commerce for 2024–2025, becoming the fifth woman in the organization’s 115-year history to hold that role. I was also named Crew Boss for the 2026 Women’s Build with Habitat for Humanity. When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, watching movies, spending time with my family, and hanging out with our two dogs.
