With over ten years in real estate, I can leverage my experience as a Top Producer for my client’s benefit. My professional career before real estate includes five years in the foreign service including two international moves. I received a master’s degree in business from UNC-Chapel Hill, after which I worked in mergers and acquisitions for Nations Banc Montgomery Securities where I worked on both buy-side and sell-side transactions for privately-held middle market companies. As such, I fully appreciate all aspects of real estate investing, from cash flow and return on investment to asset management. More importantly, I was raised in Northern Virginia and moved back to this area seventeen years ago to raise my own family. Having lived and traveled extensively overseas, and having lived and studied in North Carolina, there is no place like home. I am licensed in my home state of Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland.
