Sarah Lareau is a Texas real estate broker and Broker/Owner of NextHome Verity, a locally owned real estate brokerage serving Wichita Falls and surrounding North Texas communities. A real estate professional since 2015 and licensed broker since 2022, Sarah has closed hundreds of transactions representing more than $100 million in career sales volume. Sarah works with buyers and sellers throughout Wichita Falls, Burkburnett, Iowa Park, Henrietta, Archer City, Holliday, Lakeside City, Electra, Petrolia, and surrounding areas across Wichita, Archer, and Clay counties. Her experience includes residential real estate, commercial properties, farm and ranch properties, and land. Known for direct communication, strong negotiation, strategic pricing, and hands-on transaction management, Sarah helps clients make informed decisions from the first conversation through closing. Her approach combines local market knowledge, professional marketing, careful contract management, and straightforward guidance tailored to each client’s goals. Sarah was named the Wichita Falls Association of REALTORS® Salesperson of the Year in 2024 and previously received the association’s Rising Star Award. She holds the ABR®, SRS, MRP, and C-RETS designations and serves on the Wichita Falls Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors.
