Savannah is an experienced REALTOR ® serving Upstate SC. She began her real estate career in 2020 while living in Las Vegas, NV. By working on a small, high volume team, Savannah was able to gain years of experience in a short amount of time. She has had the liberty of facilitating numerous types of transactions including VA purchases & assumptions, first time home-buyers, first time home-sellers, land transactions, pre-foreclosures, corporate relocations, equine properties, etc. Savannah returned to Greenville in 2023 to open a small family brokerage with her father, but ultimately decided to focus on her individual career. Savannah does share an office with her father, Wendell L Hawkins, a practicing real estate closing & litigation attorney with 26+ years of SC experience. With his insight, she is uniquely positioned to offer a new, refreshing perspective & level of expertise. Savannah believes that every transaction is unique, and should be treated as such. She is a problem solver & solution seeker; she feels confident in guiding her clients through the highs & lows of each transaction. Ultimately, Savannah’s goal is to educate her clients, present them their options, and allow them to make the best decision for their situation. This philosophy includes connecting you to great industry professionals who also foster that belief. While she serves clients of all life stages & home types, her favorite transactions are equestrian properties and homesteads. Sick of grey washed homes, Savannah hopes to welcome in the next generation of character loving, land caring, community building home buyers to Upstate SC. Savannah has lived on a farm of some sort all throughout her childhood. Whether it was a horse farm, peanut farm, or small family homestead, Savannah has always been surrounded by the comforts of land that provides. The Family Farm was a dying lifestyle, but my generation is bringing it back; on a smaller scale. As people flock to SC to offer their families simpler, but richer, ways of life, Savannah guides them through the process of acquiring that perfect place to build memories. We all know land is in short supply, and may one day be more costly than homes themselves. To some of us, the land is already worth more than the walls erected on it.
