Born and raised in Upper Bucks County, I have spent my life living, working, and serving the communities that I now proudly represent as a Realtor. As a Coldwell Banker Realtor with more than 22 years of experience, I help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate market with confidence. From first homes and luxury properties to vacant land and investment opportunities, I combine local knowledge, professional expertise, and a commitment to exceptional service to help my clients make informed decisions and achieve their goals. I live in Upper Black Eddy with my wife and two children and have deep roots in the communities I serve. Many local residents first came to know me through the bicycle shop I started while still in high school and later grew into two locations. My commitment to the community extends far beyond real estate. I was elected Township Supervisor at age 21 and served for nine years, spent eleven years on the Planning Commission, and currently serve as a Director on the Palisades School Board. This experience gives my clients valuable insight into local schools, zoning, land use, development opportunities, and the factors that influence property values throughout the region.
