I'm Selene Sedeno, Broker Owner of Tailored Investment Group. Since 2013, I have helped first time homebuyers, investors, and sellers navigate real estate decisions with clarity, strategy, and confidence. My experience includes pricing, marketing, negotiation, relocation, and real estate investment analysis, allowing me to guide clients through both simple and complex transactions with intention and precision. I founded Tailored Investment Group in 2016 with a clear purpose to create a brokerage that values education, integrity, and community just as much as results. What began as a personal vision has grown into a full service firm serving Central Florida, Volusia County, and Brevard County--The Space Coast. Our reputation is built on strong local market knowledge, thoughtful strategy, and a hands on approach that puts clients first.
