Shannon Rose is an expert REALTOR®, Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE®), Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE™), and leader of Rose Group, a highperforming real estate team with Keller Williams. Shannon’s team provides residential real estate services throughout San Diego and Silicon Valley, California. Since 2004, Shannon has skillfully navigated through some of the best and worst times the California real estate market has ever seen—from the near-collapse of global financial markets in the 2000’s to the region’s transformation into one of the world’s elite real estate markets—helping more than 500 happy clients to buy or sell their California homes. To help her refine her service to her clients, she has pursued a number of designations that ensure she has the education and experience to help her clients thrive, no matter how they need help with their real estate goals. For instance, in addition to working directly with the state’s most qualified buyers and sellers, Shannon uses her expertise to guide divorce attorneys and their clients through complicated and tenuous real estate transactions, helping divorcing couples to overcome their frustrations with each other and refocus their energy on protecting the value of their joint real estate assets. She’s also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) trained to guide homebuyers and sellers over the age of 50 through major financial and lifestyle transitions. Prior to her successful career in real estate, Shannon was a controller for Angel Investors, an early Silicon Valley angel investing firm. Her experience with the firm gave her critical foundational skills in financial leadership, negotiations, and establishing effective relationships with clients and business partners. In her free time, Shannon enjoys traveling the world, playing board games, spending time with family, and enjoying local experiences with her Double Doodle, Stella.
