Real estate is one of the biggest decisions someone makes, and whether you’re a first-time buyer, luxury seller, investor, relocating family, or paying cash, Sonny believes everyone deserves the same respect, guidance, and attention. His goal is simple: make sure you understand your options and feel confident in every step. If a concern comes up with a home, he addresses it directly — trust will always come before profit. Known as The Musical Realtor®, Sonny spent 27 years as a Texas Band Director and administrator before transitioning into real estate. That career shaped the way he works today — organized, detail-driven, and calm under pressure. Deadlines matter, communication matters, and people matter. His background also developed strong negotiation skills and the ability to guide clients through complex situations, especially FHA, VA, and unique financing scenarios. When needed, he’s not afraid to roll up his sleeves to help solutions happen. Sonny earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and his Master’s degree from SMU, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. He remains active in both music and professional organizations and brings the same leadership mindset to every transaction. More than anything, Sonny’s work has a deeper purpose. Every opportunity he receives is something he’s grateful for because each closing helps him support his son, Nate. Nate is a 2024 graduate of Eaton High School and proudly participates in Special Olympics. Sonny dedicates every transaction to him — not as a slogan, but as a daily motivation to work harder, treat people right, and earn trust the proper way.
