Before founding NextHome Modern Realty, he launched and managed Sunapee Vacation Rentals, giving him firsthand insight into vacation-home ownership, rental demand, property performance, and client service. Spenser’s primary focus is residential buyer and seller representation, supported by experience in second homes, vacation homes, investment properties, short-term rentals, and select commercial real estate opportunities. His approach is strategic, local, and people-first.
