I have been a Realtor® for ten years, licensed in Idaho, Washington, and Florida. I am certified in Foreclosures and Military Relocation/VA loans, and I am passionate about helping people in all aspects of real estate. Whether it’s guiding first-time homebuyers, assisting veterans, supporting investors growing their rental portfolios, or exploring commercial opportunities, I take pride in being a trusted resource. For the past five years, I’ve also owned and operated PNW Rental Properties, helping investors successfully manage their rentals. Property management has become a natural extension of my real estate career, allowing me to not only oversee rentals but also to help tenants prepare for future homeownership. I enjoy educating renters on credit improvement and home-buying readiness, bridging the gap between renting and owning. Outside of real estate, I am a devoted wife and mom who loves family time—whether it’s vacations at the ocean, lake days on the boat, or quiet weekends at home. In my downtime, I enjoy canning jams, soups, and veggies, or baking something special for my family. Buying or selling a home can feel stressful, but it doesn’t have to be.
