My name is Stéphane Michel. I’m a realtor with Aloha Sotheby's International Realty in Hilo Hawaii. Personally I grew up on the French Riviera and Provence (Rough places!) and learned from my mom whose main activities were buying, selling and renting real estate. I spent close to 20 years in California working as a Case Manager for Homeless Services helping individuals become self-sufficient and find housing; working with technology companies specializing in eCommerce and ERP software, and as of late with the Chamber of Commerce of San Luis Obispo in membership and supporting and advocating for work housing projects. After having done hundreds of real estate transactions on the whole island of Hawaii in the past few years, I believe that luxury is for anyone courageous enough to follow their dream. It is achievable no matter where we are in the social structure. With hard work and perseverance, whether it is a $100,000 home or a $30,000,000 mansion, Hawaii still makes it feasible for you to find your oasis. Ultimately luxury is a state of mind, it is being thankful for the incredible beauty of our surroundings, the abundance of our land and the countless blessings of our community.
