I’m Steve Dunleavey, a dedicated Realtor who sees every transaction as an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of my clients. How? Whether you’re looking to sell your family estate or purchase your first home, I’m here to make the process as stress-free and seamless as possible, and to guide you toward the best outcome for you. After graduating from VCU with a degree in exercise science, I started my own business as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Over the years, I’ve trained hundreds of people for various reasons—from weight loss to marathon training, and beyond. I’ve even completed several marathons and triathlons myself, including century rides. Despite my success in personal training, I always knew deep down that real estate was where I meant to be. Real estate, like personal training, fuses my two passions: building relationships and creating results. Once I officially made the move in 2009, I never looked back. Since then, my service-driven, results-focused approach has resulted in my distinction as a top producing agent from 2009-2016. After reaching that milestone, I pivoted to the world of broker management until 2020, when I decided to return to my one-on-one work with buyers and sellers, where I feel most at home. As the father of two boys who are 14 and 16 and very active in football, baseball, basketball, and triathlon, you can often find me on a baseball or football field. In my spare time, I enjoy playing sports, exercising, sampling breweries, attending standup comedy shows, traveling the world, and watching documentaries.
