Steve earned his real estate license in 1995 and was a home builder/developer in Henry County. He’s a full-time residential Real Estate Broker in Muncie. Steve earned the prestigious Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier award from 2015-2024, This is the highest award from Coldwell Banker, given for his superior service to clients, knowledge of the industry, and general production. He's been one of the highest-producing agents in the East-Central region for his entire career. Steve specializes in residential real estate, and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CMLHS) and GRI designate. He works in all of East-Central Indiana and South into North Indianapolis.
