Madeline’s extensive knowledge of the title insurance and escrow processes enables her to simplify the complex side of the business, while her marketing expertise positions sellers for success. Madeline’s real estate background also includes working for a home builder, getting a first-hand look at the construction process from the ground up, which allows her to properly advise clients’ interested in the plethora of new construction options on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Tom and Madeline are passionate about the Florida lifestyle and sharing its merits with their customers. Outside of real estate, they enjoy gardening, bible studies and going to the beach.
