Tonya Bastien is a proud member of The Big Bend Group®. Born and raised in Tallahassee, she has developed an intimate understanding of the community’s unique character and market nuances. Specializing in residential real estate from existing homes to new home construction and custom-built properties Tonya is dedicated to guiding her clients with expertise and genuine care. Her journey into real estate is rooted in hands-on experience. Tonya built her first custom home and went on to create four more, mastering the art of vision, budgeting, and maximizing investment. While owning and managing a thriving dental practice and its dynamic financial and marketing operations, she had the unique opportunity to plan and construct a brand new, beautiful modern space where both patients and the practice team could flourish. These experiences have sharpened her strategic thinking and refined her customer-first approach, while also deepening her enthusiasm for both exterior and interior design. She often works closely with her clients to ensure that every selection and finish comes together to create a home they love returning to every day. What truly sets Tonya apart is the blend of discipline and determination she honed as an ELITE JUNIOR TENNIS player and NCAA Division I athlete. This competitive spirit drives her to exceed expectations, ensuring that whether clients are buying, selling, or relocating, every step is approached with meticulous attention to detail.
