Born in Michigan and raised in Sarasota, Tamatha has lived in Florida for 45 years and in North Carolina for 4 years. She has seen a lot of changes in the Tampa Bay area. She has watched the area grow and continue to grow into the best place to live on the West Coast of Florida. Tamatha earned her AA degree in Legal Assisting in 1995 and went on to work for prominent real estate attorneys in the Sarasota area. She has knowledge on all sides of a real estate transaction. Tamatha currently deals with residential properties in Bradenton, Clearwater, Oldsmar, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Sarasota Florida and Charlotte, Midland, Locust, Albemarle, Concord, Matthews and Harrisburg North Carolina. Her mother is certified general contractor, exposing Tamatha to the home building industry for a majority of her life. As a realtor, she feels it is her job to understand your needs and respond to them promptly, professionally and with integrity. She vows to provide you with accurate real estate advice, helping you to understand both sides of the transaction. Working in the legal field, Tamatha has an eye for detail and accuracy. She will strive to make sure your real estate transaction, whether it’s buying or selling your house, is a pleasant experience. She is currently working on her GRI designation and is a licensed and bonded Notary Public since 1987 and a member of the Young Professional Network of Pinellas. Tamatha currently resides in the Clearwater area and in the Charlotte North Carolina area. She loves the close-knit community feel and the convenience to the beach and other city amenities. As a resident of the Tampa Bay area, Tamatha enjoys the excellent community involvement and incredible variety of things to do. Tamatha is part time resident of the Carolina’s loves the break from the heat of Florida. She has been coming to the Carolina’s since she was young when her parents owned property on Oak Island. Then owned joint property on Beech Mountain for many years. With a mother and uncle working as certified general contractors, Tamatha has always been exposed to the home building and real estate industry. She was raised with good morals, respect for others, and integrity. She has lived her whole life in Florida, growing up in the Sarasota area until attending the University of South Florida and State College of Florida where she earned a degree in criminology and her AA degree in Legal Assisting. She then worked for prominent real estate attorneys in the Sarasota area, and later decided to enter the food industry and opened her own restaurants. She is very detail oriented and outgoing, helping her succeed in both her real estate career and her previous restaurant career. When she is not working, Tamatha enjoys dancing, sports, and writing. Along with being a realtor, Tamatha is a novelist, as she enjoys writing as an outlet. She is a single mother of two wonderful young adults and strives to be a loving and nurturing mother. Tamatha is also very involved in her community, as she is a member of Pinellas Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Professional Women, the Young Professionals Group. Her ultimate focus, however, is her work in real estate. She works every day to help as many people as she can find their dream homes.
