Hi, I’m Tanisha-Nicole Perona, Realtor® and Associate Broker with LPT Realty, and team leader for the RW Group. I am licensed in RI, MA & CT. I’ve been in the industry since 2011, working under several large broker umbrellas and appraisal firms, under which I managed the successful closing of over 600 transactions, and managed the properties of over 300 units. My experience includes purchases, sales, rentals, property management, appraisals, and transaction coordinating. I am a local Rhode Islander with a varied background previous to real estate. I have run a family business, worked in construction, and am a War Veteran.
