Having spent many years in financial services operations management, relationship management, project management, risk management, and regulatory compliance, I am able to leverage each of these disciplines to manage the buying and selling process for my clients resulting in clean and successful transactions. Realtors/Brokers are independent contractors, meaning that each fully owns and operates his/her own practice. By law we must operate under supervision of a licensed brokerage in the state of our licensure, but each Realtor/Broker’s business practice is solidly entrepreneurial. It’s important that you find the Realtor/Broker that is the right fit for you and your buying/selling objectives. As such, some Realtors/Brokers peg their success to the highest sales volume and number of units sold per year. That’s good for them. It’s not me. I value quality over quantity. In other words, I don’t take every opportunity that comes my way. If I stretch my coverage too thin, I don’t serve any of my clients well. And the point of my vocation is to serve you so well that you would not hesitate to refer friends and family to me for their real estate needs. I want to be your Realtor/Broker for life!
