Tim Boyles was in the corporate world of accounting for more than 17 years with CliftonLarsonAllen and ICP Business Solutions. As a cancer survivor Tim has faced many challenges and overcame them with hard work and dedication. As your licensed REALTOR® it is with this same commitment and professionalism that Tim will provide you through the entire process of buying or selling a home. Tim joined Weichert, Realtors® - Courtney Valleywide in 2018. His real estate expertise spans across the entire Phoenix Metropolitan area with his expertise in the Chandler and Gilbert areas. Tim has been one of the top agents in his brokerage because he makes his clients his top priority. He has an eye for detail and gives his clients the attention they need. He works very hard to be easily accessible for any questions or concerns that may arise. Tim is an excellent negotiator and will patiently wait out until he is able to get what is in his clients’ best interest. Married to Karla for 18 years, they're active members of foreign exchange programs (AYUSA and AFS) and parents to 18 year old Addison, a Freshman at Barrett Honors College at ASU and studying Engineering with a degree in Robotics Engineering. Tim, an Air Force Veteran (1984-1990), is a member of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, Chandler Business Alliance, a member of Elks Lodge #2494 and American Legion Post 91. Tim, a devoted Cubs fan, enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and collecting his impressive 30,000+ baseball cards. Notably, he and Karla achieved a milestones by hiking the Grand Canyon from the North Rim to the South Rim in 2012, Havasu Canyon twice while enduring extreme conditions for a rewarding experience.
