I began my Real Estate career in 1994 and purchased my first home in the Spring of 2000 which was located by Rose City Golf Course in NE Portland. I was 30 years old and had no previous knowledge of what it took to take a run down 1950's Cape Cod and remodeling it from head to toe. That is when I discovered my passion for taking a neglected home and putting my own personal touches on it and modernizing to my liking. I am a Native of Portland and have been fortunate to pass on my knowledge of over 30 years to the public in assisting with all kinds of home purchases from first time home buyers to seasoned investors. I walk my clients through every detailed step from not only the initial purchase but negotiating inspection repairs, introducing my contractor contacts for rehabbing the home if it is needed and also assisting on design if the client does not have that kind of vision. There isn't a facet of a remodel that I have not come across in the numerous projects I have personally taken on. Licensed in both Oregon and Washington, I have proven longevity and have survived every market from Buyer's Markets to Seller Markets for over 30 years.
