Todd has been a native to Ventura County and Los Angeles County for over 35 years. After graduating Cal State Northridge with a major in Business Management and minor in Business Law, Todd got licensed in 2009 during the recession. Since then, Todd has closed 500+ transactions and has cultivated thousands of relationships with clients and members of his community. He has formed a loyalty to the area and he knows the landmarks, restaurants, shopping and communities like the back of his hand. Todd is successful as an agent because he is determined, personable and a good listener. “I always keep my clients needs and best interests at heart,” he says “and I help them every step of the way. A top priority of mine is ensuring that all of our clients are 110% satisfied with the services myself and my team offer.” Prior to real estate Todd worked in a law firm for 9 years which was heavily involved in Real Estate Law, where he gained valuable Contract and Negotiation skills. His business move to Keller Williams was based on its world-class training and great support system, and offered him a great opportunity to achieve his goals and to put his skills to use. Todd has one goal: to navigate his clients in the perfect move and put their priorities first. In addition to his dedication to real estate, Todd has a passion for contributing to his community. He volunteered over 100+ hours in community service, including Countrywide”s “Rebuilding Together” program assisting elders in rebuilding and cleaning up their homes. Todd also started a non profit organization donating towards prostate cancer research. “I believe in full transparency, constant communication, and results when it comes to my clients’ needs.” says Todd.
