As the Director of Agent Services and a licensed Realtor at Weichert Realtors – The Eastland Group, he plays a pivotal role in recruiting and supporting agents while promoting the Weichert brand throughout Waco and the surrounding areas. His journey in real estate began in 2000 in Casper, Wyoming, where he spent 18 years helping families buy and sell homes, gaining valuable experience in residential, commercial, new construction, vacant land, and property management. Prior to that, his career in restaurant management took him across the country, from San Diego to Scottsdale, Miami, and Palm Desert. Each experience enriched his understanding of business, customer service, and negotiation—skills that now serve his real estate clients and colleagues exceptionally well. In 2018, he returned to his Texas roots, settling back in China Spring, where his family ranch has stood since 1887. Beyond real estate, he is a dedicated father to two teenage boys—his ultimate motivation for everything he does. Whether guiding them through life, working with agents at Weichert, or managing operations at Talbert Ranch Beef, he is committed to excellence in all aspects of his life. The family ranch specializes in pasture-raised, corn-finished beef, sold directly to the local community with a commitment to quality—no hormones, no antibiotics. An active member of the community, he believes in giving back, whether through charitable initiatives or simply being a reliable neighbor. His passion for continuous learning keeps him engaged in the ever-evolving real estate market, ensuring he stays ahead of industry trends and best practices.
